Alessandra Bianchini is an attorney admitted into the Florida and New York state bars. In 2011 Alessandra graduated with her masters in environmental law with a focus in land use and sustainable development. In 2012 Alessandra completed her LEED® exam and became certified as a LEED® Green Associate. She is currently working as an attorney in the areas of building restoration and commercial real estate.

In law school, Alessandra was a member of the Real Estate and Land Use Law Society during which time she was a research assistant and conducted research on an article concerning access to public lands, developed relevant legal theories and surveyed historical federal land use policies.

As a commercial real estate attorney Alessandra assist in the legal aspect of property management of one of the largest industrial parks in Delray Beach, Florida. She reviews and writes commercial lease agreements, ensures compliance with governmental regulations (environmental, landlord/tenant compliance, etc.), assist in the acquisition ad development of new properties, and aides in the interpretation of compliance with the lease agreement.

In her personal life, Alessandra is an active member of the Downtown Neighborhood Association for the city of West Palm Beach. Having been born in raised in South Florida she is eager to see the Palm Beach County area expand and flourish economically. Her brother, Gianni Bianchini, is a jazz musician and former employee of the Arts Garage in Delray and her sister, Gabriella Bianchini is professional photographer; making Alessandra an avid supporter of local artists and the art scene.

With her educational background in land use and sustainable development and her personal ties to the community she is always looking for an opportunity to help the local community thrive.
